About Jeffrey Miller
Jeff Miller brings more than 40 years of legal and business expertise to his role as founder and principal of Miller Law LLC. Over the years, he has consistently maintained an “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the authoritative resource for information on the worldwide legal profession. Jeff’s AV rating, the highest level awarded, is based on peer review of ethical standards and legal ability.
In addition to his law and consulting business, Jeff teaches several tourism and hospitality courses at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL, including Introduction to Hospitality Management; Principles of Hospitality Law; and Principles of Food and Beverage Management. He also participates in the FAU Executive Seminar Learning Sessions, discussing legal issues in the travel industry with industry executives.
Jeff is the author of numerous travel industry textbooks and publications, including Legal Forms for Travel Agents, Legal Aspects of Travel Agency Operation, and the Airline Deregulation Handbook. He is a regular columnist and legal editor for Agent@Home magazine www.agentathome.com. Jeff regularly addresses industry groups at venues around the world. He also is a popular speaker with business and civic groups on topics of concern to the traveling public – travel insurance and consumer protection, safety and security, air travel, travel agent and online bookings, and tips to enjoy a stress-free travel experience.
