Jeff is an attorney and consultant specializing in the travel, tourism, insurance, transportation, and hospitality industries. Although based in Columbia, Maryland between Baltimore and Washington D.C., Jeff’s clients are located across the U.S. and vary in size from major international corporations to small traditional travel agencies or home-based travel agents. Since 1981 Jeff has represented travel agents, corporations, vendors, and consortiums in diverse matters related to the travel industry, including but not limited to:

In addition to his law and consulting business, Jeff teaches several tourism and hospitality courses at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. He is also a published author and popular workshop speaker, including keynote presentations to consumer groups, the travel trade and suppliers, meeting planners, and travel & tourism classes at the university level.
